Lipitor is applied in patients who are currently undergoing certain diet changes (mainly diets involving lower cholesterol and fat consumption). How Taken
Lipitor is intended to be taken orally once a day. The dosage patterns, however, may vary depending on the patient’s condition and the organism’s response to the therapy. The dose may be adjusted by your doctor as the therapy progresses. It is highly inadvisable to break your Lipitor dosing schedule. Keep to your low cholesterol diet all the way through Lipitor therapy.
